摘  要:为提高隧道爆破掘进施工效率、节约人工成本,基于国道109新线高速公路黄台隧道爆破工程实际情况,隧道下台阶采用垂直钻孔方式进行爆破,并在边墙两侧预留部分岩体支撑上部拱架,从爆破效果、爆破振动速度、初衬破坏情况、隧道掘进进尺四个方面与水平钻孔爆破进行比较。研究结果表明:采用垂直钻孔隧道的掘进速度、爆破效果优于水平钻孔爆破,同时两侧预留的岩体更有利于隧道拱架的支撑稳定;垂直钻孔的爆破振动速度小于水平钻孔爆破,爆破未对初衬造成破坏。实践应用表明,隧道掘进下台阶采用垂直钻孔爆破可以取得更好的效果,在隧道掘进中值得推广应用。In order to improve the efficiency of tunnel blasting excavation and save labor costs,based on the actual situation of Huangtai Tunnel blasting project of National Trunk Highway No.109,the bench of the tunnel is blasted through drilling vertical boreholes,and some rock masses are reserved on both sides of the border wall to support the upper arch.The blasting effect,blasting vibration speed,first lining damage and tunnel excavation footage are compared with horizontal drilling blasting.The results show that the excavation speed and blasting effect of vertical drilling blasting are better than those of horizontal drilling blasting,and the reserved rock mass on both sides is more conducive to the stability of tunnel arch.The blasting vibration velocity of vertical drilling is less than that of horizontal drilling,and the blasting does not cause damage to the first lining.The practical application shows that the vertical drilling blasting can achieve better results in the bench blasting of tunnel excavation,which is worthy of popularization and application in tunnel excavation.
