摘 要:为了挖掘与关中奶山羊产羔数性状相关的候选基因,为关中奶山羊优质、高繁雌性个体的选育提供有效的候选基因与分子标记,该研究以16只繁殖力不同的关中奶山羊母羊为研究对象,通过全基因组重测序和选择消除分析筛选与关中奶山羊产羔数性状相关的候选基因与信号通路。结果表明,SP1、FGFR1、AMHR2、SMAD9、OXTR、ACTG1、TGFBR3、BMPR2、SOX11、BCL2、THBS1和ITGA11等基因与mTOR、PI3K-Akt、Wnt和TGF-β等信号通路可能参与调控关中奶山羊卵泡形成、生长和发育等生殖过程,进而影响其产羔数。该结果为进一步研究关中奶山羊产羔数性状形成的遗传基础和品种选育等工作提供了理论依据。In order to explore candidate genes related to the traits of litter size of Guanzhong dairy goats,and provide effective candidate genes and molecular markers for the breeding of high-quality and high-fertility females of Guanzhong dairy goats,in this study,16 Guanzhong dairy goat ewes with different fecundity were selected as the research objects,and candidate genes and signaling pathways related to the litter size traits of Guanzhong dairy goats were screened through whole genome resequencing and selection elimination analysis.The results showed that genes such as SP1,FGFR1,AMHR2,SMAD9,OXTR,ACTG1,TGFBR3,BMPR2,SOX11,BCL2,THBS1 and ITGA11 were closely related to the mTOR signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway and TGF-βsignaling pathway.The pathway may be involved in the regulation of reproductive processes such as follicle formation,growth and development in Guanzhong dairy goats,which in turn affects the litter size.This study provides a theoretical basis and reference for further research on the genetic basis of the formation of litter size traits and breed selection of Guanzhong dairy goats.
