摘 要:试验旨在探究复合益生菌发酵饲料对瘤胃体外发酵参数的影响,以期为复合益生菌发酵料在生产上的应用提供理论依据。试验分为发酵饲料组和未发酵饲料组,测定人工瘤胃发酵产气量、氨态氮(NH 3-N)、菌体蛋白(MCP)、pH和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度;测定发酵残渣的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、总能(GE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的含量。结果表明,与未发酵饲料组相比,复合益生菌发酵饲料组孵育8 h、12 h、24 h和48 h后产气量均极显著降低(P<0.01);DM含量极显著下降了12.76%(P<0.01),CP含量极显著增加了26.61%(P<0.01),而ADF和NDF含量极显著降低了37.20%和41.86%(P<0.01),GE显著下降(P<0.05);NH 3-N含量极显著增加了22.49%(P<0.01),菌体蛋白的含量极显著降低了12.23%(P<0.01);乙酸和丁酸的含量分别显著下降了42.18%(P<0.05)和30.77%(P<0.01),总挥发性酸含量极显著降低了28.18%(P<0.01),乙酸/丙酸比值极显著下降了52.29%(P<0.01),丙酸含量极显著增加了30.17%(P<0.01)。由此可知,微生物发酵饲料可调节瘤胃代谢参数,降低瘤胃产气量,增加瘤胃中丙酸和总挥发性酸的含量,降低乙酸/丙酸比例,利于丙酸型发酵类型的形成。The study aimed to detect the effects of fermented corn-soybean mixed feed by compound probiotics on rumen fermentation in vitro,and to provide a basis for the application of compound probiotics fermentation feed in production.The experiment was divided into fermented feed group and unfermented feed group,and the artificial rumen fermentation gas production,ammoniacal nitrogen(NH 3-N),bacterial protein(MCP),pH and volatile fatty acid(VFA)concentration were measured.The nutritional contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),energy(GE),neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in the fermentation residue were determined.The results showed that compared with the unfermented feed group,the gas production was significantly reduced(P<0.01)in the fermented feed group after incubation for 8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h;the level of DM significantly decreased(P<0.01),CP content significantly increased by 26.61%(P<0.01),while ADF and NDF content significantly decreased by 37.20%and 41.86%(P<0.01),GE significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of NH 3-N increased by 22.49%(P<0.01)and the content of bacterial protein decreased by 12.23%(P<0.01).The content of acetic acid and butyric acid decreased by 42.18%(P<0.05)and 30.77%(P<0.01)respectively,the content of total volatile acid decreased by 28.18%(P<0.01),the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid decreased by 52.29%(P<0.01),and the content of propionic acid significantly increased by 30.17%(P<0.01).The results showed that probiotic fermented feed can increase the content of propionic acid and total volatile acid,regulate the rumen metabolic parameters,and decrease the B/C,which is beneficial to the formation of propionic acid type fermentation.
