摘 要:抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic Resistance Genes,ARGs)作为一种新型环境污染物,对全球公共卫生安全构成重大威胁。畜禽粪污是ARGs的重要储存库,畜禽粪肥源ARGs的生态风险需要重点评估。本文在介绍污染物生态风险评估框架的基础上,明确ARGs的生态风险评估框架主要包括暴露评估、危害评估和风险表征这三个阶段。其次,说明了用于ARGs生态风险评估的数据库及评估方法,指出ARGs在种养结合过程的暴露路径、ARGs水平基因转移等是畜禽粪肥源ARGs生态风险评估的关键点。最后,提出适用于种养结合模式下ARGs在“畜禽-粪肥-土壤-植物-人类”链条中的生态风险评估框架。本文可为畜禽粪肥源ARGs的环境生态风险评估提供参考。Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),as an emerging environmental pollutant,pose a major threat on global public health safety.Livestock waste is an important reservoir of ARGs,so the ecological risk of ARGs in livestock waste needs to be assessed.Based on the introduction of the framework of ecological risk assessment on contaminants,the review firstly clarifies the three stages of ecological risk assessment framework of ARGs:exposure assessment,hazard assessment and risk characterization.Then,the review explains the database and assessment methods used for ARGs ecological risk assessment and points out that the key points of ARGs ecological risk assessment are ARGs exposure pathways,horizontal ARGs transfer during planting and breeding.Finally,the framework of ecological risk assessment for ARGs in the“livestock-waste-soil-plant-human”chain is proposed.The paper provides reference for the environmental and ecological risk assessment of ARGs from livestock waste sources.
