微创痔疮手术治疗老年严重痔疮患者的临床效果探究

摘　　要：分析老年严重痔疮患者应用微创痔疮手术治疗的临床效果以及对疼痛程度的影响。选取2020年9月—2022年9月收治的120例老年严重痔疮患者,经随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组实施传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组实施微创痔疮手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛程度改善情况、手术指标以及并发症发生情况。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术前,两组疼痛评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),手术后观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组伤口愈合时间、术中输血量以及手术时间指标均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著较低(P<0.05)。研究发现,老年患者严重痔疮应用微创痔疮手术治疗效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛程度,安全性较高,建议广泛应用于临床中。Analyze the clinical effects of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery on elderly patients with severe hemorrhoids and its impact on pain levels.120 elderly patients with severe hemorrhoids admitted from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional external exfoliation and internal ligation surgery,while the observation group received minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery.The treatment effects,pain improvement,surgical indicators,and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after surgery,the observation group was lower than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly better wound healing time,intraoperative blood transfusion volume,and surgical time indicators than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery for severe hemorrhoids in elderly patients has a significant effect,can alleviate patient pain,and has high safety.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
