腕踝针配合易罐疗法对股骨粗隆间骨折行股骨近端髓内钉内固定术后患者镇痛效果的临床观察

摘　　要：探析腕踝针配合易罐疗法对股骨粗隆间骨折行股骨近端髓内钉内固定术后患者的镇痛效果。选取江门市新会区中医院骨科2022年1月—2022年12月期间收治的70例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均行防旋股骨近端髓内钉手术,采取随机对照原则分为两组,每组各35例。比较两组疗程时间(患肢抬高离床面达10cm,并保持10s以上)、治疗前及治疗一周后的疼痛及肿胀程度、并发症发生情况。结果显示,观察组疗程时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗一周后,观察组的疼痛评分及肿胀程度改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将有效的腕踝针局部针刺结合易罐拔罐疗法应用于行股骨近端髓内钉内固定术后患者治疗中,可以促进患者术后早期功能锻炼,改善患者全身症状和防止并发症,值得临床应用及推广。Exploring the analgesic effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with easy cupping therapy on patients undergoing proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation for intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Seventy patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Xinhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected,all of whom underwent anti rotation proximal femoral intramedullary nail surgery.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.Compare the duration of treatment between the two groups(with the affected limb raised up to 10cm from the bed surface and maintained for more than 10s),the degree of pain and swelling before and one week after treatment,and the incidence of complications.The results showed that the treatment period in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);After one week of treatment,the improvement in pain score and swelling degree in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that combining effective wrist ankle needle local acupuncture with easy cupping and cupping therapy in the treatment of patients undergoing proximal femoral intramedullary nail fixation can promote early postoperative functional exercise,improve overall symptoms,and prevent complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
