儿童免疫规划管理中护理告知的应用分析

摘　　要：分析在儿童免疫规划管理工作中护理告知的实际应用效果。在2020年12月—2023年5月从某地区某社区选出300例待接种疫苗的儿童为研究对象,采取盲选法将儿童分为参照组(常规管理)和研究组(常规管理+护理告知),每组各150例。比较两组儿童免疫接种率、接种投诉率、家长满意度评分、接种知识掌握度评分指标。研究发现,将护理告知应用于儿童免疫规划管理中可发挥改善免疫接种服务质量等多项作用。Analyze the practical application effect of nursing notification in the management of child immunization planning.From December 2020 to May 2023,300 children waiting for vaccination were selected from a certain community in a certain area as the research subjects.Blind selection was used to divide the children into a reference group(routine management)and a study group(routine management+nursing notification),with 150 children in each group.Compare the immunization coverage rate,vaccination complaint rate,parental satisfaction score,and vaccination knowledge mastery score indicators between two groups of children.Research has found that applying nursing notification to children’s immunization planning and management can play multiple roles in improving the quality of immunization services.
