摘　　要：中医认为黄疸发病的关键在于湿热蕴结,而茵陈蒿汤是临床治疗黄疸的第一要方。介绍并讨论了运用中药汤剂茵陈蒿汤加减治愈一例湿热黄疸并药物性肝损伤患者的医案,分析了方剂和辨证要点,以期为临床相关研究提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the key to the onset of jaundice lies in the accumulation of dampness and heat,and Yinchenhao Tang is the first necessary prescription for clinical treatment of jaundice.This article introduces and discusses a medical case of treating a patient with dampness heat jaundice and drug-induced liver injury using a traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Yinchenhao decoction,and analyzes the formula and key points of syndrome differentiation,in order to provide reference for clinical related research.
