颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查在脑梗死中的临床准确性评价

摘　　要：探讨颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查在脑梗死中的临床准确性。将2022年1月—2023年5月期间于天津市武清区人民医院超声科就诊的60例脑梗死患者纳入观察组,同时间段收治的60例非脑梗死患者纳入对照组,均给予颈动脉超声检查,对比两组的IMT值、斑块检出率、颈动脉狭窄情况、颈动脉超声血流动力学水平。结果显示,观察组的IMT值、颈动脉斑块检出率相比对照组均明显更高,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组易损斑块检出率明显高于对照组,稳定斑块检出率明显低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的颈动脉狭窄发生率明显高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组PSV、RI值均明显高于对照组,EDV值明显低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑梗死患者采取颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,具有较高的检测准确性,可及时发现动脉狭窄情况、斑块性质等,为疾病的治疗提供影像学判定依据。Explore the clinical accuracy of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination in cerebral infarction.Sixty patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Ultrasound Department of Wuqing People’s Hospital in Tianjin from January 2022 to May 2023 were included in the observation group,while 60 non cerebral infarction patients admitted during the same period were included in the control group.All patients underwent carotid artery ultrasound examination,and the IMT values,plaque detection rate,carotid artery stenosis,and carotid artery ultrasound hemodynamic levels of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the IMT value and carotid plaque detection rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The detection rate of vulnerable plaques in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the detection rate of stable plaques was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a significant difference in comparison(P<0.05);The incidence of carotid artery stenosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);The PSV and RI values of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the EDV values were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences in comparison(P<0.05).Research has found that carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination for patients with cerebral infarction has high detection accuracy and can timely detect arterial stenosis and plaque properties,providing imaging judgment basis for disease treatment.
