清开灵胶囊装量差异的影响因素研究

摘　　要：研究清开灵胶囊剂装量差异的影响因素,探索控制装量差异的最佳条件,用于指导实际生产,进而提高产品稳定性及质量。通过控制助流剂投料量、润湿剂使用量及干燥时间等装量差异影响因素试验,分析休止角、比重、水分、装量及装量差异评价值的关系。研究发现,在二氧化硅投料量6%~8%,润湿剂使用量16%~18%,干燥时间约4小时条件下装量稳定。Study the influencing factors of the difference in dosage of Qingkailing capsules,explore the optimal conditions for controlling the difference in dosage,and guide actual production to improve product stability and quality.Analyze the relationship between the angle of repose,specific gravity,moisture content,loading capacity,and the evaluation value of loading capacity difference by conducting experiments on factors affecting the loading capacity difference,such as controlling the feeding amount of flow aids,wetting agent usage,and drying time.Research has found that the dosage of silica is 6%-8%,the dosage of wetting agent is 16%-18%,and the loading is stable under the condition of drying time of about 4 hours.
