护理干预预防老年全身麻醉腹部术后苏醒延迟的效果分析

摘　　要：分析对老年全身麻醉腹部术后患者实施护理干预对预防苏醒延迟的效果。选取70例患者根据护理方式的不同分成观察组与对照组(前者接受护理干预,后者接受常规护理),每组各35例,评估护理干预的效果。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组患者血压和心率指标均较低;观察组患者在麻醉恢复方面状况更好;观察组患者生活质量更高,在统计学上具有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究发现,护理干预能够有效降低术后患者的并发症风险,促进术后苏醒,提高患者的康复效果。Analyze the effect of nursing intervention on preventing delayed awakening in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia.A total of 70 patients were selected for this study and divided into an observation group and a control group based on different nursing methods(the former received nursing intervention,while the latter received routine nursing),with 35 patients in each group to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing intervention.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had lower blood pressure and heart rate indicators;The observation group showed better recovery from anesthesia;The quality of life of the observation group patients was higher,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Research has found that nursing interventions can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications in patients,promote postoperative recovery,and improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
