摘 要:探讨改良健康教育方式在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理中的作用。选取滨州医学院附属医院2021年6月—2022年3月收治的130例甲状腺肿瘤手术患者为研究对象,依据诊治顺序采用奇偶数分组法,将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各65例。对照组采取常规健康教育,实验组采取改良健康教育,对比分析两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、健康知识掌握度、健康教育满意度。结果显示,实验组患者术后SAS评分明显低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者健康知识掌握度、健康教育满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,改良健康教育方式在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者护理应用中效果显著,可针对患者文化程度、认知能力、理解能力制订针对性护理方案,有效提升患者对疾病的了解度,缓解其焦虑、不安等心理情绪,提高健康知识掌握度和健康教育满意度,值得广泛应用。Explore the role of improved health education methods in the care of patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery.130 patients with thyroid tumor surgery admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the order of diagnosis and treatment,the patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received improved health education.The scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),mastery of health knowledge,and satisfaction with health education were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the postoperative SAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction with health education among patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that improving health education methods has a significant effect on the nursing application of patients undergoing thyroid tumor surgery.Targeted nursing plans can be developed based on the patient’s education level,cognitive ability,and understanding ability,effectively improving the patient’s understanding of the disease,alleviating their anxiety,unease,and other psychological emotions,and improving their mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction with health education.It is worthy of widespread application.
