护理健康教育宣传工作在传染病预防控制中的应用探讨

摘　　要：探讨和分析护理健康教育宣传工作在传染病预防控制中的应用价值。选择2022年1月—2022年12月接受诊治的100例患者开展此次实践调查研究,采用双色球法对患者进行分组,50例分到红球者归为对照组,采用常规护理干预,50例分到黑球者归为观察组,采用常规护理联合健康教育宣传护理干预,对比两组患者干预前后对传染病的认知评分、传染病预防控制知识和技能掌握度评分、传染病筛查依从性及传染病发生率。结果显示,干预前,两组患者的传染病认知评分、传染病预防控制知识和技能掌握度评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者传染病认知评分、传染病预防控制知识和技能掌握度评分高于对照组,观察组患者传染病筛查依从性高于对照组,观察组患者传染病发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,护理健康教育宣传工作在传染病预防控制中的应用价值显著,值得应用和推广。Explore and analyze the application value of nursing health education and publicity work in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.100 patients who received diagnosis and treatment from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected for this practical investigation and study.The patients were divided into groups using the dual color ball method.50 patients who received red balls were assigned to the control group,and routine nursing intervention was used.50 patients who received black balls were assigned to the observation group.Routine nursing combined with health education and nursing intervention were used to compare the cognitive scores of the two groups of patients on infectious diseases before and after intervention Score of mastery of knowledge and skills in infectious disease prevention and control,compliance with infectious disease screening,and incidence of infectious diseases.The results showed that before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of patients in terms of infectious disease cognition score,infectious disease prevention and control knowledge and skill mastery score.After intervention,the observation group of patients had higher infectious disease cognition score,infectious disease prevention and control knowledge and skill mastery score than the control group,and the observation group of patients had higher compliance with infectious disease screening than the control group,The incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application value of nursing health education and publicity work in the prevention and control of infectious diseases is significant,and it is worth applying and promoting.
