摘　　要：该文以探究未来智能驾驶场景下的用户期望为目的,采用设置舞台的实验方法,通过动作表演、草图绘制、道具摆放和用户访谈等方式引导被试思考,分析得出未来智能驾驶场景下的用户期望,包括社交、移动的家、可变性、智能化和语音助手5个方面,并总结出未来智能驾驶场景下的用户期望研究模型。该模型将用户的焦点从过去的事件、物品、知识、记忆转移到未来,产生新的用户期望用于指导设计实践,在设计前期有助于设计师对汽车设计概念做出更好的评判。For the purpose of exploring the user expectation in the future intelligent driving scene,this paper adopts the experimental method of setting up the stage to guide the subjects to think by means of action performance,sketching,props display and user interview.It is concluded that the user expectations in the future intelligent driving scene include five aspects:social interaction,mobile home,variability,intelligence and voice assistant,and the research model of user expectation in the future intelligent driving scenario is also summarized.The model shifts users'focus from past events,objects,knowledge and memory to the future,generates new user expectations to guide design practice,and helps designers to make better judgments on automobile design concepts in the early stage of design.
