摘  要:在国家“十四五”规划着力提升核心产业竞争力、基础软硬件国产化的新要求下,为促进水资源环境监测信息安全自主可控,从IT生态国产化角度出发,基于麒麟、深度、达梦、人大金仓和浪潮等国产化环境开展兼容适配研究,探索全国产化生态下的“物联网+水资源环境”测控新模式,构建基于全国产化生态的水资源环境测控物联网平台,实现国产化环境替代和关键核心技术自主掌控,为水资源环境信息化提供更加安全的服务,提升产业自主创新能力,共建国产应用新生态。In the context of the new requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"designed to enhance the competitiveness of core industries and promote the domestication of basic software and hardware,this paper aims to promote the security and controllability of water resource environment monitoring information.Therefore,from the perspective of domesticating the IT ecosystem,based on domestic environments such as KylinOS,Deepin,DM,KingBase and Inspur,this paper explores a new model of IoT plus water resource environment measurement and control under a fully domestic ecosystem,and builds a water resources environment measurement and control IoT platform under a fully domestic ecosystem,so as to realize the replacement of domestic environments and independent control of key core technologies,provide safer services for the informatization of the water resource environment,enhance the independent innovation capability of the industry,and jointly build a new domestic application ecosystem.
