摘  要:为充分发挥氩弧焊或气体保护焊生产能力,提升国内C-GIS充气柜气箱的生产质效,对原有气箱直焊缝夹具的对顶夹持不牢靠、夹头阻挡焊道、生产用时长等弊端进行改造。该文主要围绕减小薄壁件夹持易变形及夹头能够独立退让焊道等问题进行研究,用差动螺旋传动运动特性来实现对夹定位、用V型块机构来实现每个夹头的独立伸缩运动,并借助CAD软件对原有夹具关键结构工艺进行改造,最终能够实现每个气箱只需1次装夹、旋转3个工位姿态、完成气箱全部12条焊缝焊接作业,大大提升箱体焊接加工的质量和效率,也为实现自动化控制奠定基础。In order to give full play to the production capacity of argon arc welding or gas shielded welding and improve the production quality of domestic C-GIS gas box,the disadvantages of the original gas box straight weld fixture such as unstable top clamping,chuck blocking welding bead and production time were modified.This paper mainly focuses on reducing the easy deformation of thin-walled parts and that the chuck can yield the weld bead independently,using the motion characteristics of differential screw drive to realize the positioning of the clamp,and using the V-block mechanism to realize the independent expansion movement of each chuck,and with the help of CAD software to transform the key structure process of the original fixture.Finally,it can realize that each air box only needs to be clamped once,rotate three positions,and complete the welding operation of all 12 welds of the air box,which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of box welding,and lays a foundation for the realization of automatic control.
