摘 要:辅助药型罩结构能实现超聚能效应,有效地提高破甲威力。为了研究辅助药型罩对射流性能的影响,设计一种辅助型双锥药型罩,通过AUTODYN数值模拟的方法,分析辅助药型罩材料和结构对射流性能的影响。结果表明,当主药型罩采用铜,辅助药型罩材料为钨时,射流综合性能优异;设计主药型罩大锥角70°,小锥角40°,壁厚2 mm,辅助药型罩厚度在2~6 mm时,随着厚度增加,射流性能改善,6 mm时射流性能最佳,辅助药型罩直径在20~28 mm时,26 mm时射流综合性能最佳。The auxiliary cone-shaped charge liner structure can realize the superenergy effect and effectively improve the armor-piercing power.In order to study the influence of auxiliary charge liner on jet performance,an auxiliary double-cone liner is designed.The influence of material and structure of auxiliary charge liner on jet performance is analyzed by AUTODYN numerical simulation.The results show that when copper is used in the main liner and tungsten is used in the auxiliary cover,the comprehensive performance of the jet is excellent.The main charge liner has a large cone angle of 70°,a small cone angle of 40°and a wall thickness of 2 mm.When the thickness of the auxiliary liner is 2~6 mm,the jet performance is improved with the increase of thickness,and the jet performance is the best at 6 mm.When the diameter of the auxiliary cone-shaped charge liner is 20~28 mm,the jet comprehensive performance is the best at 26 mm.
