摘  要:该研究旨在分析预制模块化高炉渣纤维保温外墙板的传热性能,评估其在建筑保温领域中的应用潜力。通过实验测试获取高炉渣纤维保温外墙板的物理性质和热导率,并进行传热分析。研究发现,预制模块化高炉渣纤维保温外墙板具有较低的热导率和良好的隔热性能。通过传热分析,观察到该外墙板可以有效地减少室内外温度差异,降低热能传递损失。此外,建筑内部的温度稳定性得到改善,达到良好的节能效果。基于传热分析的结果,预制模块化高炉渣纤维保温外墙板在建筑保温领域具备广阔的应用前景,有助于降低能源消耗,并提供舒适的室内环境。该研究为高炉渣纤维保温材料在建筑行业中的应用提供理论支持,为能源节约和减排作出贡献。The purpose of this study is to analyze the heat transfer performance of prefabricated modular blast furnace slag fiber thermal insulation exterior wall board and evaluate its application potential in the field of building thermal insulation.The physical properties and thermal conductivity of blast furnace slag fiber thermal insulation exterior wall board were obtained by experimental test.The heat transfer analysis is carried out.It is found that the prefabricated modular blast furnace slag fiber thermal insulation outer wall board has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance.Through the heat transfer analysis,observe that the outer wall panel can effectively reduce the indoor and outdoor temperature difference and reduce the heat transfer loss.In addition,the internal temperature stability of the building has been improved and a good energy-saving effect has been achieved.Based on the results of heat transfer analysis,the prefabricated modular blast furnace slag fiber thermal insulation exterior wall board has a broad application prospect in the field of building thermal insulation.It helps to reduce energy consumption and provides a comfortable indoor environment.This study provides theoretical support for the application of blast furnace slag fiber thermal insulation materials in the construction industry,and contributes to energy saving and emission reduction.
