大黄蟅虫丸联合针刺治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：观察大黄蟅虫丸联合针刺治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)的临床效果。选取60例病例,分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予单独肌内注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加予大黄蟅虫丸加减及针刺治疗,各治疗3个月经周期,比较两组临床疗效,排卵率、妊娠率、流产率、畸胎率及性激素水平变化。结果显示,治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组排卵率、妊娠率均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组性激素水平变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组流产率、畸胎率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,大黄蟅虫丸联合针刺治疗LUFS能提高排卵率、妊娠率且有良好的安全性,值得推广应用。To observe the clinical eff ect of Dahuang Zhechong Wan combined with acupuncture on luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS).Sixty cases were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with individual intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),while the treatment group was treated with modifi ed Dahuang Zhechong Wan and acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Each group was treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Compare the clinical effi cacy of two groups,including ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,miscarriage rate,teratogenesis rate,and changes in sex hormone levels.The results showed that the total eff ective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the changes in sexual hormone levels in the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups in terms of abortion rate and teratogenesis rate(P>0.05).Research has found that the combination of Dahuang Zhechong Wan and acupuncture in the treatment of LUFS can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has good safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
