肌钙蛋白I在急诊急救即时检验中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：探讨在急诊急救即时检验中应用肌钙蛋白I的价值。选取2022年7月—2022年12月的60例急救患者,根据疾病诊断分类分为心血管事件组、神经系统事件组、头胸创伤事件组、其他疾病事件组,上述各组样本数量分别为30例、15例、10例、5例,进行肌钙蛋白I即时检验,分析统计结果。结果显示,与其他各组的肌钙蛋白I值相比,心血管事件组较高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与非急性冠脉综合征事件组相比,急性冠脉综合征事件组肌钙蛋白I值高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,肌钙蛋白I检测价值高,在急诊急救即时检验中发挥了显著优势,可以帮助医生有效分析急性冠脉综合征事件发生情况,为ST段抬高型的心肌梗死患者争取宝贵时间,提高救治效率,改善疾病治疗及预后结局。Exploring the implementation value of troponin I in immediate testing in emergency response.Sixty emergency patients from early July 2022 to the end of December 2022 were selected and divided into cardiovascular event group,nervous system event group,head and chest trauma event group,and other disease event group based on disease diagnosis.The sample numbers of the above groups were 30,15,10,and 5,respectively.Immediate troponin I testing was conducted to analyze the statistical results.The results showed that compared with other groups,the cardiac event group had a higher troponin I value,and the data diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);Compared with the non acute coronary syndrome event group,the acute coronary syndrome event group had a higher troponin I value,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that the detection value of troponin I is high,and it plays a signifi cant advantage in immediate emergency testing.It can help doctors eff ectively analyze the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome events,buy valuable time for patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,improve treatment effi ciency,and improve disease treatment and prognosis outcomes.
