摘 要:评价血清检验及细菌检验在检查布氏菌感染方面的价值。对比研究2017年10月—2019年12月于毕节市七星关区疾病预防控制中心就诊的100例布氏菌感染患者,实施血清、细菌检验,统计对比阳性检出率、可疑率和阴性率。结果显示,与细菌检验组相比,血清检验组阳性检出率更高,可疑率和阴性率更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,布氏菌感染诊断方面,血清检验方法与细菌检验方法相比,血清检验方法阳性检出率更高,可显著提升临床检出效果,避免漏诊及误诊问题出现,有全面推广应用意义。To evaluate the value of serum and bacterial tests in the detection of brucella infection.A comparative study was conducted on 100 patients with brucella infection who were treated at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Qixingguan District,Bijie City from October 2017 to December 2019,and serum and bacterial tests were carried out,and the positive detection rate,suspicious rate and negative rate were statistically compared.The results showed that compared with the bacterial test group,the serologic test group had a higher positive detection rate,and a lower suspicion rate and a negative rate(P<0.05).The study found that in the diagnosis of brucella infection,the positive detection rate of the serological test method was higher than that of the bacterial test method,which could signifi cantly improve the clinical detection eff ect,avoid the problem of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and have comprehensive promotion and application signifi cance.
