DR投照技术在临床上的影像学特征及应用价值评价

摘　　要：分析DR投照技术在临床上的应用价值,研究其影像学特征。选取2021年5月—2023年5月的肺炎患者80例进行分析,所有入组患者均实施DR投照技术、传统X线投照技术进行诊断,对两种诊断技术的诊断价值进行分析,并研究DR投照技术的影像学特征。结果显示,80例肺炎患者中采用传统X线投照技术诊断出59例,DR投照技术诊断出77例,检出率分别为73.75%、96.25%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统X线投照技术三片率为甲级55张、乙级15张、废片10张,占比分别为68.75%、18.75%、12.50%;DR投照技术三片率为甲级73张、乙级5张、废片两张,占比分别为91.25%、6.25%、2.50%,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,DR投照技术的实施价值更高,可以显著提升疾病检出率,后期图像处理能力强,图像清晰,分辨率高,可推广。Analyze the clinical application value of DR imaging technology and study its imaging characteristics.From May 2021 to May 2023,80 pneumonia patients were selected for analysis.All enrolled patients were diagnosed using DR imaging technology and traditional X-ray imaging technology.The diagnostic value of the two diagnostic technologies was analyzed,and the imaging characteristics of DR imaging technology were studied.The results showed that out of 80 pneumonia patients,59 were diagnosed using traditional X-ray projection technology,and 77 were diagnosed using DR projection technology,with detection rates of 73.75%and 96.25%,respectively.The data diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The three fi lm rates of traditional X-ray projection technology are 55 A-grade fi lms,15 B-grade fi lms,and 10 waste fi lms,accounting for 68.75%,18.75%,and 12.50%respectively;The three fi lm rates of DR imaging technology were 73 A-grade fi lms,5 B-grade fi lms,and 2 waste fi lms,accounting for 91.25%,6.25%,and 2.50%,respectively.The diff erence in data between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that DR imaging technology has higher implementation value and can signifi cantly improve disease detection rate.It has strong image processing ability in the later stage,clear images,high resolution,and can be promoted.
