不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙对老年冠心病的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：分析老年冠心病患者使用阿托伐他汀钙治疗时不同剂量治疗方案之间的效果差异。选取临沧市临翔区博尚中心卫生院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的80例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,根据用药剂量的不同将患者分为3组。获取3组治疗相关病例资料,进行相关效果指标整理,完成组间对比分析。研究发现,在对老年冠心病患者进行阿托伐他汀钙治疗时,选择中等治疗剂量更为合理。Analyze the diff erences in effi cacy between diff erent dosage treatment regimens for elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated with atorvastatin calcium.80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Linxiang District Boshang Center Health Center in Lincang City from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into three groups based on different drug doses.Obtain 3 sets of treatment related case data,organize relevant eff ectiveness indicators,and complete inter group comparative analysis.Research has found that choosing a moderate treatment dose is more reasonable when treating elderly patients with coronary heart disease with atorvastatin calcium.
