麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤治疗流行性感冒的疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：为分析对流行性感冒患者施以麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤的效果及安全性,选择遵义市汇川区洗马路社区卫生服务中心2022年7月1日—2023年6月30日间纳入的流行性感冒患者126例作为研究对象,采用双盲法平均分为对照组(采用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗)和观察组(采用麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤治疗),对比两组患者中医证候评分、炎性因子、疗效、安全性。结果显示,经治疗5d后,观察组患者各项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者IL-6,TNF-α,CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤能改善流行性感冒症状,安全性高,效果显著,值得推广应用。In order to analyze the eff ect and safety of Mahuang Almond Glycyrrhiza Gypsum Decoction applied to infl uenza pa-tients,126 cases of infl uenza patients enrolled in Ximalu Community Health Service Center,Huichuan District,Zunyi City from July 1,2022 to June 30,2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(treated with oseltami-vir phosphate granules)and the observation group(treated with Mahuang Almond Glycyrrhiza Gypsum Decoction)by double blind method,Compare the TCM syndrome scores,infl ammatory factors,effi cacy,and safety of two groups of patients.The re-sults showed that after 5 days of treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group had IL-6 and TNF levels-α,CRP was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the total eff ective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that Mahuang Almond Glycyrrhiza Gypsum Decoction can improve the symptoms of infl uenza,with high safety and signifi cant eff ect,which is worth popularizing.
