知信行模式健康教育联合心理行为干预在社区慢性疾病管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨知信行模式健康教育联合心理行为干预在社区慢性疾病管理中的应用价值。选择2022年4月—2023年4月70例慢性疾病患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法进行分组,将其分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组在其基础上给予知信行模式健康教育联合心理行为干预,比较两组患者健康知识知晓情况、心理状态、自护能力、生活质量。研究发现,知信行模式健康教育联合心理行为干预在社区慢性疾病管理中的应用效果理想,该模式能够帮助患者正确认识疾病,改善心理状态,增强对自身的护理能力,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。To explore the application of knowledge,belief and action health education combined with psychological and behavioral intervention in community chronic disease management.70 patients with chronic diseases from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided by random number table method,observation group and control group,with an average n=35 cases.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given health education combined with psychological behavior intervention on the basis of knowledge and action mode.The health knowledge awareness,psychological state,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Haicheng District is a national demonstration area for the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases.The author explores the ideal application eff ect of the health education of knowledge and action mode combined with psychological behavior intervention in the management of chronic diseases in the community,which can help patients correctly understand the disease,improve their psychological state,and enhance their nursing ability.
