摘　　要：探究老年糖尿病常见并发症的护理新进展。阐述了老年糖尿病的定义、流行病学数据以及常见并发症。介绍了护理中的新进展,包括技术应用和数字化护理、创新药物和治疗方法。阐述了护理干预策略,包括健康教育和自我管理、药物管理和治疗方案、饮食控制和营养支持、心理支持和社会服务、运动和体育锻炼。探讨了最新的护理研究进展,并展望了未来的护理趋势和挑战,可为临床实践提供参考和指导。To explore the new progress of nursing care for the common complications of elderly diabetes.The definition,epidemiological data and common complications of senile diabetes were expounded.Introduced new developments in nursing,including technological applications and digital nursing,innovative drugs,and treatment methods.Elaborated on nursing intervention strategies,including health education and self-management,medication management and treatment plans,dietary control and nutritional support,psychological and social support,exercise and physical exercise.Explored the latest progress in nursing research and looked forward to future nursing trends and challenges,which can provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
