摘  要:通过对某铁路局机务系统2020年—2022年职业病危害因素的调查分析,获得研究资料,了解存在的主要职业病危害因素,并制订干预对策。结果显示,某铁路局机务系统接触职业病危害因素中,男性占比较大,2020年—2022年职业病各个危害因素合格率及物理、化学因素检测达标率较高,不过仍存在职业病危害因素。研究发现,某铁路局机务系统2020年—2022年职业病危害因素主要包括粉尘、化学因素与物理因素,需要通过多样化的手段加以应对,最大程度上降低不良因素对工作人员健康的影响。By conducting a survey and analysis of occupational disease hazards in the maintenance system of a certain railway bureau from 2020 to 2022,research data was obtained to understand the main occupational disease hazards and develop intervention strategies.The results show that males account for a relatively large proportion of occupational disease hazards in the maintenance system of a certain railway bureau.From 2020 to 2022,the qualifi cation rate and physical and chemical factor detection compliance rate of various occupational disease hazards were relatively high,but there are still occupational disease hazards.Research has found that the occupational disease hazards of a railway bureau’s maintenance system from 2020 to 2022 mainly include dust,chemical factors,and physical factors,which need to be addressed through diversifi ed means to minimize the impact of adverse factors on the health of staff.
