摘　　要：陶灶是农业文明、饮食文化的产物,也是两汉物质文化和思想文化发展的具体体现,形成的一种普遍的丧葬习俗。西北民族大学博物馆收藏有25件汉代陶灶,包括圆形、马蹄形、方形、长方形和马蹄形带足器,是典型的汉文化特征,器物图案丰富,展现了生动的庖厨活动、饮食文化、丧葬习俗及观念,反映了汉人对死后世界和后世子孙的美好愿望。文章选取代表性器物,进行类型学分析,为相关研究提供参考资料。Pottery stove is the product of agricultural civilization and food culture,and it was also the concrete embodiment of the development of material and ideological culture in the Han Dynasty,forming a universal funeral custom.25 pottery stoves collected in the museum of Northwest Minzu University of the Han Dynasty contains typical features of Chinese culture,including round,horseshoe-shaped,square,rectangular and horseshoe-shaped utensils with feet.The rich patterns of the vessels show the vivid cooking activities,catering culture,funeral customs and concepts,reflecting the good wishes of the Han people to afterlife and future generations.This paper selects representative artifacts for typology analysis to provide reference for relevant research.
