摘　　要：通过对生化类实验室安全事故的分析发现,80%的事故是由于实验人员的不安全行为造成的,控制好人的行为可以大大减少事故隐患。生化类实验室可以参考现代企业制度,通过实行“5S”管理制度等来规范实验人员基本的行为;还可以利用门禁、监控等技术手段,使实验人员的行为可追溯,督促其改正不安全的行为。结合目前的实验室安全工作形势,有必要站在科研的高度进行实验室安全管理研究,创新更多的“人的不安全行为”的控制技术。此外,需要站在法律的高度,加强学科交叉研究,从法学、心理学教育的角度来增强实验室参与人员安全意识的培养。Through the analysis of biochemical laboratory safety accidents,it is found that 80%of the accidents are caused by the unsafe behavior of the experiment.Controlling the behavior of good people can greatly reduce the hidden danger of accidents.Biochemistry laboratories can refer to the modern enterprise system,through the implementation of the“5S”management system,to standardize the bas-ic norms of behavior of laboratory personnel.Access control,monitoring and other technical means can also be used to make the experimenters’behavior traceable and urge them to correct their unsafe be-haviors.Combined with the current situation of laboratory safety work,it is necessary to stand on the height of scientific research laboratory safety management research,innovation of more“unsafe behav-ior of people”control technology.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen interdisciplinary research from the perspective of law and psychology education to enhance the training of safety awareness of la-boratory participants.
