摘　　要：为了在深海、深空、深地、深蓝领域积极抢占科技制高点和创新高地,向地球深部进军是油气勘探开发必须解决的战略问题。中国超深层油气勘探开发已走在世界前列,加强超深层油气勘探开发,是贯彻落实国家“四深”战略的实际行动,是夯实能源安全供应基础的战略举措。对国内外深地油气勘探开发形势与现状进行了详细分析,重点研究了深地油气勘探开发当前在地质成藏理论、勘探开发技术、工程技术方面的最新进展和未来发展趋势,详细剖析当前深地油气勘探开发在自然地质因素、理论认识与技术开发方面面临的主要挑战,就加强中国超深层油气勘探开发,提出需国家政策积极支持,发挥新型举国体制优势,抢占深地油气科技制高点,争当深地油气开发全球引领者,将塔里木盆地打造成国家深地油气工程创新高地等思考与建议。Marching deeper into the earth and explore deep oil&gas resources is a strategic scientific and technological issue that China must address.China should actively seize the commanding heights of science and technology in the"Four Deeper Fields"of deeper sea,deeper space,deeper earth and deeper DICT(Data,Information and Communication Technologies).China is a world leader in ultra-deep oil&gas exploration and development.Strengthening the exploration and development of ultra-deep oil and gas is a practical action to implement the national"Four Deeper Fields"strategy and a strategic measure to consolidate the foundation of energy security and supply.This study provides a detailed analysis of the situation of deep-earth oil and gas exploration and development in the world,focuses on the latest progress and future development trend of deep oil and gas exploration and development in geological accumulation theory,exploration and development technology and engineering technology.Then analyzes in detail the main challenges faced by deep oil and gas exploration and development in natural geological factors,theoretical understanding and technology development.Finally,proposes national policies to actively support the development of ultra-deep oil and gas in China,give full play to the advantages of the new national system,seize the commanding heights of deep-earth oil and gas technology,strive to become the global leader in deep-earth oil and gas development,and consider and propose ways to build Tarim into a national innovation highland for deep-earth oil and gas engineering.
