摘 要:甲勿沟泥石流距九寨沟“8·8”地震震中距离较近,地震致使流域内新增了大量松散物源,通过甲勿沟泥石流形成条件分析,新增物源增强了泥石流的易发性,降低了泥石流的激发雨强。在甲勿沟“8·17”泥石流的启动条件以及危害性分析的基础上,针对沟域内现有物源分布情况,提出了“拦挡+固源+导流+防护”的综合治理方案,通过拦挡坝的拦挡削峰减流、谷坊坝的固源压脚、导流堤的引流、防护堤的护坡等作用来起到良好的治理效果。Jiawugou debris flow is close to the epicenter of the"8·8"Jiuzhaigou earthquake.The earthquake resulted in a large number of new loose material sources in the basin.According to the analysis of the formation conditions of Jibeigou debris flow,the new source enhances the susceptibility of debris flow and reduces the induced rain intensity of debris flow.Based on the starting conditions and hazard analysis of Jibeigou"8·17"debris flow,a comprehensive treatment scheme of"blocking+retaining source+diversion+protection"was proposed in view of the distribution of existing material sources in the ditch area.Good treatment effect was achieved through the blocking dam's peak cutting and flow reduction,the Gufang Dam's retaining pressure foot,the diversion dam's drainage,and the protection dam's slope protection.
