摘  要:某公司合成氨装置液氮洗分子筛系统生产运行中出现程序设置阀门打开方式不合理致冷箱进口工艺气温度上涨、分子筛与冷箱共用开车管线致放空受阻、温度测点位置不合理致温度保护联锁无法正常投用等问题,后通过实施一系列优化改造,消除了设计缺陷,系统运行故障率大幅减少,且有效缩短了装置的开车时长,为公司创造了一定的经济效益。During the production and operation of the liquid nitrogen washing molecular sieve system in a certain company's ammonia synthesis unit,problems occurred such as unreasonable valve opening method in the program setting,rising temperature of the process gas at the inlet of the refrigeration box,blockage of the venting caused by the shared operating pipeline between the molecular sieve and the refrigeration box,and unreasonable temperature measurement point position,which prevented the normal operation of the temperature protection interlock.After implementing a series of optimization and transformation,the design defects were eliminated,and the system operation failure rate was significantly reduced,And it effectively shortened the driving time of the device,creating certain economic benefits for the company.
