摘 要:针对某合成氨-尿素装置运行能耗高的现状,结合其变换工段和脱碳工段压力不一致、压缩机分段设置的实际情况,拟新增0.8 MPa预脱碳系统,以实现节能降耗。新增0.8 MPa预脱碳系统采用与原流程相同的碳酸丙烯酯(PC)法脱碳技术,对预脱碳出口气CO_(2)含量设计为8%与设计为15%两种方案进行计算和分析比较,结果显示,两种改造方案均可行,但总的节能效果有限,相较而言预脱碳出口气CO_(2)含量设计为8%的方案节能效果较好。In response to the current situation of high energy consumption in the operation of a certain synthetic ammonia urea unit,combined with the actual situation of inconsistent pressure in the transformation and decarbonization sections,and segmented compressor settings,it is proposed to add a 0.8 MPa pre decarbonization system to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.The addition of a 0.8 MPa pre decarbonization system adopts the same decarbonization technology as the original process using propylene carbonate(PC)method.Two schemes,with a CO_(2) content of 8%and 15%in the pre decarbonization effluent,were calculated and analyzed for comparison.The results showed that both transformation schemes were feasible,but the overall energy-saving effect was limited.Compared to the scheme with a CO_(2) content of 8%in the pre decarbonization effluent,the energy-saving effect was better.
