摘　　要：200 kg试验小焦炉是焦化企业配煤炼焦的重要设备,国内焦化企业多采用焦炉煤气加热的方式,某炼铁厂将200 kg煤气加热试验小焦炉改造为200 kg电加热试验小焦炉。介绍200 kg电加热试验小焦炉系统的工艺流程、设备配置及其优越性,其应用实践表明,200 kg电加热试验小焦炉系统工艺先进、运行环保、自动化程度高、人员配置少,系统稳定可靠,对炼焦煤质量的鉴别能力强。同时,指出200 kg电加热试验小焦炉存在的问题,提出优化建议,为今后国内焦化企业电加热小焦炉系统的改进和完善提供借鉴。The 200 kg experimental small coke oven is an important equipment for coal blending and coking in coking enterprises.Domestic coking enterprises often use coke oven gas heating.A certain ironmaking plant has transformed the 200 kg gas heating experimental small coke oven into a 200 kg electric heating experimental small coke oven.Introduce the process flow,equipment configuration,and advantages of the 200 kg electric heating test small coke oven system.Its application practice shows that the 200 kg electric heating test small coke oven system has advanced technology,environmentally friendly operation,high degree of automation,few personnel configurations,stable and reliable system,and strong ability to distinguish coking coal quality.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are problems with the 200 kg electric heating test small coke oven,and optimization suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the improvement and perfection of the electric heating small coke oven system in domestic coking enterprises in the future.
