摘　　要：西方资本主义国家依赖累进所得税、社会保险制度、集体谈判制度等经典再分配手段突破身份特权的限制,克服了资本主义的第一次平等危机,形成了相似性平等的机械团结社会。随着后工业社会的到来,个体化带来的蜕变、无知之幕的撕裂、新的资本主义生产方式引发的劳动风险等使得资本主义福利国家的合法性来源受到质疑,福利国家面临着第二次平等危机。平等危机的周期反复与升级反映了资本生产与福利分配之间的矛盾无法得到解决,破坏了社会团结这一底色。在工业化、后工业化、数字化相交的时代,我国现代化建设要跨越西方资本主义国家平等危机的陷阱,须在中国式现代化进程中扎实推进共同富裕,并坚持人民性原则、差别化原则、辩证性原则。Relying on the classical means of redistribution such as progressive income tax,social insurance system and collective bargaining system,western capitalist countries broke through the restrictions of status privileges,overcame the first equality crisis of capitalism,and formed a mechanical solidarity society with similar equality.With the advent of the post-industrial society,the transformation brought about by individualism,the tearing of the veil of ignorance,and the labor risks caused by the new capitalist production mode have questioned the source of the legitimacy of the capitalist welfare state,and the welfare state is facing the second equality crisis.The repeated and escalating cycle of equality crisis reflects that the contradiction between capital production and welfare distribution cannot be solved,which destroys the background of social solidarity.In the era of industrialization,post-industrialization and digitalization,to overcome the trap of equality crisis in western capitalist countries,China′s modernization must solidly promote common prosperity in the process of Chinese modernization,and adhere to the principle of people′s nature,the principle of differentiation and the principle of dialectic.
