摘 要:“内卷”式学业竞争态势下,高校图书馆读者对学习空间展开的圈地行为屡禁不止,激发的空间冲突带来严重危害,冲突治理对提升学习空间资源利用率有重要意义。文章采用质性研究与量化研究相结合的方式,从知乎问答平台获取数据,运用扎根理论编码技术揭示自我意图、道德制约、规则制约3大影响因素与学习空间使用秩序之间的联系,并构建理论模型,提出研究假设。根据研究假设开发量表,开展调研,获取实证数据并验证研究假设。圈地行为与学习空间资源稀缺之间难以调和的矛盾是学习空间冲突发生的前提,因此,从规则出发,界定违规行为、提炼治理理念、制定治理措施、加大治理力度和保障治理成本,引导和培育读者内在的公共资源意识,以建立和维护讲规则、有秩序的学习空间环境。Under the situation of“involuted”academic competition,readers in university libraries repeatedly engage in enclosure behavior towards learning spaces,and the ensuing spatial conflicts bring about serious harm.Conflict governance is of great significance in enhancing the utilization of learing space resources.The article adopts a combined approach of qualitative and quantitative research,collecting text data from the Zhihu Q&A platform.It utilizes coding techniques of grounded theory to reveal the relationship between the three major influencing factors of self-intentions,moral constraints as well as rule constraints and the order of utilization of learing space.It also constructs a theoretical model and presents research hypotheses.Based on the research hypotheses,the scale is developed,and research is conducted to obtain empirical data and verify the research hypotheses.The irreconcilable contradiction between enclosure behavior and scarce spatial resources is the premise for spatial conflicts.Therefore,starting from rules,defining rule violations,refining governance concepts,formulating governance measures,coordinating governance efforts,and managing governance costs,the aim is to guide and nurture readers’intrinsic public resource consciousness,with a view to establishing and maintaining a rule-based and orderly learning environment.
