摘 要:球团是炼铁前重要生产工艺,铁矿粉、添加剂在加水润湿的情况下通过造球盘滚动成球。为了建立造球参数对球团质量的影响模型,需要精确测量进入造球盘的混合料中各成分(特别是水分)占比。由于进入造球盘的混合料水分无法直接测量、湿返料多少会动态发生变化、湿返料返回以及混合料从进入料仓到出来都有一定的时间延迟,这使得进入造球盘的混合料水分测定愈加困难。通过建立离散时间模拟模型,在消除了初始条件对稳态运行的影响后,得到了较为准确的进入造球盘混合料水分测定结果,为后续研究奠定了数据基础。Pelletizing is an important production process before iron making.Iron ore powder and additives are rolled into balls through the pelletizing disc under the condition of wetting with water.In order to model the influence of pelletizing parameters on pellet quality,it is necessary to accurately measure the proportion of each component(especially water)in the mixture entering the pelletizing disk.It is more difficult to measure the moisture content of the mixture into the pelleting tray because the moisture content of the mixture into the pelleting tray can not be directly measured,the amount of wet return material will change dynamically,the wet return material and the mixture from entering the silo to coming out have a certain time delay.Through the establishment of discrete time simulation model,after eliminating the influence of initial conditions on the steady-state operation,more accurate moisture measurement results are obtained.
