摘　　要：提升专业服务业质效能级,强化城市对全球资源更高效率、更广范围的配置功能,是打造“五个中心”升级版、持续增强“四大功能”的重要抓手。着眼于提升城市能级和核心竞争力,要以品牌集聚提升为突破,以促联动、强赋能为方向,以综合性支持为依托,构建高水准、具有区域和国际竞争力的专业服务业体系,促进高质量发展,服务于建设具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市。Upgrading the quality and efficiency of the professional service industry and strengthening the city’s function of allocating global resources more efficiently and more widely are important measures to build an upgraded version of the“Five Centers”and continuously enhance the“Four Functions”.Focusing on upgrading the city’s capacity and core competitiveness,it is necessary to make a breakthrough in brand agglomeration and enhancement,promote linkage and empowerment,and build a high-caliber professional services system with regional and international competitiveness based on comprehensive support,so as to promote high-quality development and to serve the construction of a modernized socialist international metropolis with world influence.
