摘  要:针对垃圾渗滤浓缩液这种高毒性废水,其含多种难降解污染物,对周边生态环境造成严重损害,采用固化/稳定化技术高效且经济,可一步固化/稳定化垃圾浓缩液中的重金属、氨氮和总磷污染物,实现垃圾填埋场废水的零排放。以钢渣为主要原料,制备出高效软土固化剂固化垃圾渗滤浓缩液,通过调配组分可同步固化浓缩液中的重金属离子、氨氮和总磷物质。结果表明:钢渣基软土固化剂能有效降低重金属、氨氮和总磷的浸出浓度,其中有毒重金属离子质量浓度均低于0.3 mg/L,氨氮固结效率高达90.4%,总磷固结效率达95.8%,固化3 d后固结体含水率低于30%,可直接在填埋场就地填埋。提供了处理垃圾渗滤浓缩液全新的方法,操作简单,成本低,处理量大,可以高效运用于大规模浓缩液工程处理,实现垃圾填埋场污染物全量化安全处置。Concentrated landfill leachate concentrate is a kind of highly toxic wastewater,containing a variety of refractory pollutants,causing serious damages to the surrounding ecological environment.Solidification/stabilization technology is efficient and economical to solidifying/stabilizing heavy metals,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus pollutants from waste concentrates in one step,achieving zero landfill wastewater discharge.In this paper,steel slag was used as a raw material to prepare an efficient soft soil curing agent to solidify the concentrated garbage percolation solution.Heavy metal ions,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the concentrated solution could be solidified synchronously by mixing the components.The results show that the hardening agent of steel slag-based soft soil can effectively reduce the leaching mass concentrations of heavy metals,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,among which the mass concentrations of toxic heavy metals are all lower than 0.3 mg/L,the consolidation efficiency of ammonia nitrogen is up to 90.4%,and the consolidation efficiency of total phosphorus is up to 95.8%.After 3 days of solidification,the water content of the concentrated solution is less than 30%,and it can be directly buried in the landfill site.This paper provides a new method for the treatment of landfill leachate concentrate with simple operation,low cost,and large capacity. It can be effectively used in large-scale concentratedliquid treatment,and realize the full quantitative and safe disposal of pollutants in landfills.
