摘 要:针对石油化工领域内设备的管道法兰连接系统的泄露问题,为提升其安全性,提出了一种法兰密封的设计方法。以某试验台高温管道处的法兰连接系统为研究对象,根据Taylor-Waters法对该连接系统垫片处进行紧密性分析,建立该连接系统的三维有限元模型。进而,对该连接系统进行温度场分析以及对该系统各部件的法兰连接不连续部位进行沿路径的线性化分析,得到法兰、螺栓、垫片的稳态温度场分布。结果表明:法兰内外壁温度具有沿半径方向逐渐降低,沿轴线方向呈先增后减趋势等规律。其次,根据《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准(2005年确认)》,对法兰接头进行强度评定,可知不同工况时,上下法兰、螺栓与垫片应力分布云图均具有对称性,且经多次应力评定,该法兰与螺栓的强度均能满足要求。最后,对垫片作路径分析,得各工况下的垫片压应力均远大于其初始密封比压,该垫片具有良好的密封性。Aiming at the leakage problem of pipe flange connection system of equipment in the petrochemical industry,we proposed a design method of flange sealing to improve its safety.Based on the Taylor-Waters method,we analyzed the tightness of the gasket of the flanged connection system at a high temperature pipe of a test bench,and established the three-dimensional finite element model of the connection system.Then,the temperature field analysis of the connecting system and the linear analysis of the discontinuous parts of the flange connection along the path of the system were carried out,and the steady state temperature field distribution of the flange,bolt and gasket was obtained.The results show that the temperatures of the inner and outer walls of the flange decrease gradually along the radius direction,and increase first and then decreases along the axis direction.Secondly,according to"Steel Pressure Vessel—Design by Analysis",the strength of the flange joint was assessed.It can be seen that under different working conditions,the stress distribution cloud maps of the upper and lower flanges,bolts and gaskets are symmetrical,and after multiple stress assessments,the strength of the flange and bolt can meet the requirements.Finally,the path analysis of the gasket shows that the compression stress of the gasket under working conditions is much higher than its initialsealing specific pressure,and the gasket has good sealing property.
