摘　　要：汽车板簧自由淬火是国内近几年在行业内逐步开始应用的新技术,目前只有少数厂家在应用。通过多次的现场实践,总结出簧片自由淬火前热成型的变化规律,最终制定出符合本公司生产的热处理工艺,实现了正常生产的目标。Automotive leaf spring free quenching is domestic in recent years in the industry gradually began to apply the new technology,at present only a few manufacturers in the application.Through many on-site practice,summed up the reed free quenching before the change rule of thermoforming,and finally formulated in line with the company's production of heat treat⁃ment process,to achieve the goal of normal production.
