摘 要:为了研究饥饿对四川华鳊(Sinibrama taeniaus)能量代谢和低氧耐受特征的影响,在25℃条件下分别测定经不同饥饿时间(0,3,7,14和28 d)实验鱼的静止代谢率(R_(MR))、运动后过量耗氧(E_(POC))和低氧耐受参数.结果表明:随饥饿时间的延长,四川华鳊R_(MR)和最大代谢率(M_(MR))均下降,E_(POC)增加(p<0.05);在各饥饿处理组,R_(MR)与M_(MR)之间呈显著正相关(r=0.984,n=5,p=0.002),R_(MR)与E_(POC)之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.906,n=5,p=0.034),表明四川华鳊经饥饿后,由于维持能量下降,会伴随有氧代谢能力减弱.四川华鳊临界氧压(P_(crit))下降(p<0.05),失去平衡点(L_(OE))也有所下降,但差异无统计学意义;在各饥饿处理组中,R_(MR)与P_(crit)之间呈显著正相关(r=0.950,n=5,p=0.013),R_(MR)与L_(OE)之间具有正的趋势,但相关性无统计学意义,表明经饥饿后,四川华鳊低氧耐受能力有所增加.研究提示,饥饿后四川华鳊最大功率遭致削弱,将影响其他生理功能,但在低氧耐受能力方面具有一定的补偿作用,这可能是其应对资源匮乏的适应,是经长期自然选择的结果.In order to investigate effects of fasting on energy metabolism and hypoxia resistance of Sinibrama taeniaus,the resting metabolic rate(R_(MR)),excess post-exercise oxygen consumption(E_(POC))and indexes of hypoxia were tested at different fasting time(0,3,7,14 and 28 days)under 25℃.As the increase of treatment time,the R_(MR) and the maximum metabolic rate(M_(MR))decreased significantly,while E_(POC) increased significantly(p<0.05).Among different testing groups,R_(MR) and M_(MR) were significantly positively correlated(r=0.984,n=5,p=0.002),while R_(MR) and E_(POC) were negative correlated(r=-0.906,n=5,p=0.034).This indicated that after fasting,capacity of aerobic metabolism of S.taeniaus decreased due to the reduced energy maintenance.As the increase of fasting time,the critical oxygen tension(P_(crit))of S.taeniaus decreased significantly(p<0.05),the loss of equilibrium(L_(OE))also decreased but not significant.However.R_(MR) and P_(crit) were significantly positively correlated(r=0.950,n=5,p=0.013),while the correlation between R_(MR) and L_(OE) were not significant,which suggested that after fasting,the capacity of hypoxia resistance increased.Taking all these data together,the present study indicated that the maximal power decreased in S.taeniaus after fasting,therefore,affecting the other physiological functions,but it had a certain compensation effect on hypoxia resistance.This may be caused by the adaptation to lack of resource and long term natural selection.
