摘  要:为考核以RP-3航空煤油为燃料的某涡喷发动机的污染物排放特性,按照ICAO、HB 6116和HB 6117的相关标准要求设计搭建一套排气排出物测量及分析系统,在某型涡喷发动机地面试车台上开展排气排出物测量试验。研究发现随着发动机状态的增加,CO的排放量显著降低;HC的排放量接近于0;CO_(2)和NO_(x)的排放量逐渐提高,同时冒烟数也随着发动机的状态增加而逐渐增大。经过理论分析,该研究的试验结果与经典燃烧学中的相关结论一致,验证了所设计的测量系统和实验的可靠性,可为后续军用和民用发动机排气排出物测量试验提供参考。In order to evaluate the pollutant emission characteristics of a turbojet engine fueled by RP-3 aviation kerosene,a set of emissions measurement and analysis system was designed and built according to the relevant standards of ICAO,HB 6116 and HB 6117,and the emissions measurement test was carried out on the groundtest bench of a certain turbojet engine.It was found that CO emissions decreased significantly as the engine state increased,HC emissions closed to zero,CO_(2)and NO_(x)emissions gradually increased,and the amount of SN gradually increased with the state of the engine increased.After theoretical analysis,the test results of this measurement are consistent with the conclusions in combustion,which verifies the reliability of the designed measurement system and this experiment,and can provide a reference for subsequent military and civilian engine emissions measurement tests.
