摘 要:针对弹射作动单元接口刚度受多种因素影响,优化设计迭代慢的问题,基于Workbench仿真平台,应用有限元仿真技术,构建弹射作动单元接口刚度的数值模型,并应用理论力学建立俯仰刚度的数学模型,通过该数学模型评估数值模型的置信度,发现该数值模型具有较好的精度。使用该数值模型研究静态载荷、弹射载荷、安装板厚度和刚度调整板移动距离对弹射作动单元接口刚度的影响。仿真结果表明:安装板厚度在范围10~15 mm内,垂向刚度和俯仰刚度随着刚度调整板移动距离的增大,整体呈减小趋势。在刚度调整板移动距离一定时,垂向刚度和俯仰刚度随着厚度的增大而增大。与静态载荷条件下的仿真结果相比,弹射载荷对安装板垂向位移、俯仰位移和俯仰刚度的影响重大,对垂向刚度也有一定影响,但其影响较小。该研究结果可为弹射作动单元接口刚度的设计提供理论基础。The interface stiffness of ejection actuator is affected by various factors and the iteration of the design is slow.The numerical model of interface stiffness of ejection actuator is built based on Workbench simulation platform with finite element,and the mathematical model of pitch stiffness is established with theoretical mechanics.The confidence of the numerical model is evaluated by this mathematical model.It is found that the numerical model has good accuracy.The effects of static load,ejection load,thickness of mounting plate and moving distance of stiffness adjusting plate on interface stiffness of ejection actuator unit are studied by the numerical model.The simulation results show that the vertical stiffness and pitch stiffness decrease with the increase of the moving distance of the adjusting plate when the thickness of the plate ranges from 10 mm to 15 mm.The vertical stiffness and pitch stiffness increase with the increase of thickness when the adjusting plate moves at a certain distance.Compared with the simulation results under static load conditions,the impact of ejection load on vertical displacement,pitch displacement and pitch stiffness of the mounting plate is significant,and also has a certain effect on vertical stiffness,but the effect is small.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for design of interface stiffness of ejection actuator.
