摘 要:为解决飞机液压系统压力测试过程中,由于脉冲压力作用,传感器易受到损坏的问题,开展抗压力脉冲技术研究。通过设计一种在传感器内部对脉冲进行缓冲分流的结构,进行分析计算及试验考核验证,结果表明:一种对脉冲进行缓冲分流的结构,可在不增加传感器尺寸、测试占用空间和压力密封环节的条件下,有效解决压力传感器受到脉冲压力易损坏的问题,满足GJB 3849《飞机液压作动筒、阀、压力容器脉冲试验要求和方法》规定的压力脉冲耐久性试验考核要求;通过对压力测试响应频率的影响进行分析及试验验证,表明该结构的传感器满足压力信号频率在300 Hz以下的飞机液压系统静态压力测试需求。In order to solve the problem that the sensor is easily damaged due to the action of pulse pressure during the pressure test of aircraft hydraulic system,the anti-pressure pulse technology is studied.This paper designs a structure to buffer and shunt the pulse inside the sensor,carries out analysis,calculation and test verification.The results show that the structure of buffering and diverting pulse has strong resistance to pressure pulse,it can be used without increasing sensor size,test space and pressure seal,meets the pressure pulse durability test requirements specified in GJB 3849"Requirements and Methods for pulse test of Aircraft Hydraulic actuator Cylinder,Valve and pressure Vessel".The influence of pressure test response frequency is analyzed and verified by experiment.The results show that the sensor of the structure meets the requirement of the static pressure test of the aircraft hydraulic system whose pressure signal frequency is below 300 Hz.
