摘  要:萤石作为一种不可再生的战略资源,在国防、冶金、化工、光学和建筑材料等领域有着广泛的应用。虽然,我国萤石资源储量丰富,但是存在多贫矿、成分复杂、难分选、综合回收率低等问题,因此萤石矿综合回收技术成为当下行业内的热门研究方向之一。本文基于专利分析和TRIZ理论,对我国萤石矿综合回收技术的专利申请趋势、技术主题和主要申请人进行分析,并进一步对浮选工艺相关的专利申请趋势、主要申请人、法律状态和技术路线开展分析。确定了我国在该领域中的研发历程和研发重点方向,为我国企业在该领域的发展和突破,以及在技术方面的专利布局提供一定的参考,以促进我国萤石矿综合回收技术的健康发展。As a non-renewable strategic resource,fluorite has a wide range of applications in fields such as national defense,metallurgy,chemical industry,optics,and building materials.China has abundant reserves of fluorite resources,but there are problems such as poor ore content,complex composition,difficult sorting,and low comprehensive recovery rate.Therefore,fluorite comprehensive recovery technology has become one of the hot research directions in the industry at present.Based on patent analysis and TRIZ theory,this paper analyzes the patent application trends,technical themes,and main applicants of China’s comprehensive ore recovery technology,and further analyzes the patent application trends,main applicants,legal status,and technical routes related to flotation processes.The research and development process and key directions in this field have been determined in China,providing a certain reference for the development and breakthroughs of Chinese enterprises in this field,as well as the patent layout in technology,and promoting the healthy development of comprehensive recovery technology for fluorite mines in China.
