基于专利数据情报学分析的细分领域技术创新路线研究——以TOF三维感测技术为例

摘  要:本文以incoPat专利数据库作为数据源,首先,运用专利计量法、社会网络分析法、知识图谱可视化方法对全球TOF三维感测技术专利的主要技术来源国专利申请态势、全球关键核心技术、中国产业技术创新热点进行了识别和统计;进一步定位中美专利申请生命周期情况、中国专利国际技术竞争力位势、基于细分领域的全球头部企业专利布局情况以及中国专利产学研合作情况;最后,从专利生命周期预测、产业机构优化、企业技术发展、专利产学研合作几个方面对我国TOF三维感测技术的专利创新路线进行了探讨。Taking the incoPat patent database as the data source,this paper used the patent informetrics method,social network analysis method and knowledge graph visualization method to analyze the worldwide TOF three-dimensional sensing technology patents data from multiple dimensions such as patent application trend of main technology source countries,global key technologies and China’s industrial technology innovation in the sub-fields.This paper further analyzed the life cycle of patent application between China and the United States,the international technology competitiveness of China’s patent,the patent layout of global head enterprises in nineteen sub-fields and the university-industry cooperation in China.At the last part,the China’s TOF three-dimensional sensing technological innovation routes are studied from the aspects of patent life cycle,industry structure,enterprise technology development and university-industry cooperation.
