摘　　要：本文对历届中国专利奖获奖专利进行检索分析,从专利态势、技术领域分布、专利国际布局、专利法律状态、专利运营等角度进行分析,对获奖专利的整体情况、授权维持情况、专利价值影响因素进行总结。在此基础上,对高校知识产权信息的创新服务体系和模式进行探索,为高校专利布局、技术创新以及高价值专利培育提供参考和对策。围绕中国专利奖评奖标准和获奖专利态势及特征分析结论,高校知识产权信息服务在高价值专利培育相关工作中,可以开展基于中国专利奖申报的专利查新服务、对授权专利中的高价值专利进行报奖推荐服务以及提供专利成果转化相关的专利价值预估服务等,进一步推动高校科技成果的运营与技术创新。This paper searches and analyzes the patents of China Patent Awards from the perspectives of patent situation,technical field distribution,international distribution of patents,patent legal status and patent operation.It summarizes the overall situation of the patents,the maintenance of the authorization and the influencing factors of the patent value.On this basis,the innovation service system and mode of intellectual property information in colleges and universities are explored to provide references and countermeasures for college patent layout,technological innovation and high-value patent cultivation.Focusing on the evaluation criteria of China Patent Award and the analysis conclusion of the situations and characteristics of the award-winning patents,colleges and universities can carry out the patent novelty search service based on the application of China Patent Award and reward recommendation service for high-value patents in authorized patents and patent value estimation service related to patent transformation,to further promote the operation and technological innovation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
