摘  要:针对隧道爆破超欠挖控制极其困难的技术问题,以武隆至两江新区高速公路工程雪峰山隧道爆破施工为依托,运用爆破理论分析及现场试验等方法,对传统Ⅳ级围岩爆破方案及参数进行了现场测试及分析,分析了隧道光面爆破质量控制不利的原因,据此提出了围岩实时感知、爆破参数随围岩变化快速实时确定方法以及炮孔智能化布置方法。现场试验结果表明,按照智能化确定的爆破方案,获得了非常好的爆破效果,爆破后半边残孔率接近90%,去除预留变形和钢架安装变形误差后的平均线性超挖低于18 cm,可很好地满足雪峰山隧道施工质量要求,也可以为今后类似工程提供借鉴经验。In response to the extremely difficult technical problem of controlling over and under excavation in tunnel blasting,based on the blasting construction of Xuefengshan Tunnel in the Wulong Liangjiang New Area Expressway project,the traditional Grade IV surrounding rock blasting scheme and parameters were tested and analyzed on site using blasting theory analysis and on-site testing methods.The reasons for the unfavorable quality control of tunnel smooth blasting were analyzed,and real-time perception of surrounding rock was proposed accordingly A rapid and real-time determination method for blasting parameters with changes in surrounding rock and an intelligent layout method for blast holes.The on-site test results show that the intelligent determined blasting plan has achieved very good blasting results,with a residual hole rate of nearly 90%after blasting.The average linear overbreak after removing reserved deformation and steel frame installation deformation errors is less than 18cm,which can meet the construction quality requirements of the Xuefengshan Tunnel well and provide reference experience for similar projects in the future.
