摘  要:以聚醚多元醇、乙二醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为主要原料,制备出聚氨酯组合料。以多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯、N‐正丁基‐3‐氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和聚酯树脂为主要原料制备出界面黏结剂。以聚氨酯组合料、界面黏结剂、混凝土轨枕、洁净道砟等工程材料,使用自行设计的装配式聚氨酯固化道床试制线制备出装配式聚氨酯固化道床产品。通过聚氨酯组合料热分析、装配式聚氨酯固化道床黏结强度和静刚度测试等试验研究聚氨酯组合料和装配式聚氨酯固化道床性能。结果表明:聚氨酯组合料制备的聚氨酯泡沫玻璃化转变温度为-62.47℃,热分解温度为200℃,自由泡泡孔直径在200μm左右;涂抹界面黏结剂后,混凝土轨枕与聚氨酯泡沫的黏结强度由0.12 MPa提升至0.28 MPa,装配式聚氨酯固化道床产品静刚度为68.9 kN/mm。This study involved the synthesis of polyurethane composite material using polyether polyol,ethylene glycol,and diphenylmethane diisocyanate as primary ingredients.An interface adhesive was crafted from polyisocyanate,N-butyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane,and polyester resin.Employing a custom-designed assembled polyurethane curing ballast bed,incorporating polyurethane composite material,interface adhesive,concrete sleepers,and clean ballast,resulted in the production of an assembled polyurethane curing ballast bed product.Performance evaluation,including thermal analysis of the polyurethane composite material and tests on bonding strength and static stiffness of the assembled polyurethane curing ballast bed,revealed noteworthy findings.The glass transition temperature of the polyurethane foam created from the composite material was -62.47℃,with a decomposition temperature of 200℃ and free foam bubble diameters around 200μm.Application of the interface adhesive significantly increased the bonding strength between concrete sleepers and polyurethane foam from 0.12 MPa to 0.28 MPa,while the static stiffness of the assembled polyurethane curing ballast bed product measured 68.9 kN/mm.
